and I were very impressed with the expertise and service that Mike and
Top Notch Inspections provided for our
home purchase. His thoroughness and honesty greatly
contrasted our inspection experience for our first home, which was done
by a large nation-wide franchise recommended by our Realtor.
Our perspective was that the company we used for our first home was

Mike did a great
job inspecting our house. He arrived early, inspected the entire house,
typed up a report on the spot, with pictures, and had it all ready for
us by the time we arrived to do the walk-though with him. He went through
the report on his laptop, and also walked us around the house to point
out various areas of note. He also had a disc ready for us to keep with
copies of the reports and photos. We were really impressed with his
thorough and professional assessment. He was also available via email
